Conditions of carriage

1. RESERVATION
• Reservations can be made by telephone or e-mail.
• All reservations are always confirmed by e-mail.
2. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
• The permanent corporate clients, hotels, travel agencies, accept payment by bank transfer or by credit card, all brands: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Dinners Club.
3. DRIVERS AND VEHICLES
• We are concerned for your safety and unconditional satisfaction. For this reason we employ only the drivers who have no record of infractions or accidents, the drivers who speak English language. As part of maintaining a high standard of welcome slightest suggestion as to the driver's behavior behind the wheel, but also for his behavior in general. We operate only safe and luxurious vehicle VW Multivan BMW 520 and Skoda Superb which is air conditioned and fundamentally non-smoking.
• For all transfers, each customer will receive free chilled soft drink.
4. TRANSPORT OF CHILDREN
• The customer is obliged to notify us transporting children under 10 years. Based on customer requirements we offer children seats for free of charge. We reserve the right to refuse to ride if the child seats are not reported in advance and the child would be transported by road in breach of the law.
5. BAGGAGE
• The larger number of bags must be ordered in advance. Transportation of oversized and non-standard luggage (bike, ski, etc.) must be also ordered in advance.
6. DENIED BOARDING
• Transportation are excluded from the people who show signs intoxication or use of psychotropic substances..
